The profile photo on social media shows your personality!

Very few are those now who do not maintain at least one account in any of the social media…
Yes, there are many who no longer use them as a means of working. That’s why it is very important that the image emitted by a, important part of which is the profile photo.
This interpretation of the photo was the focus of a study by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia under Daniel Πρεότιουκ-Pietro – who stresses that an important feature of the assessment of the personality of someone through social media is that it is not intrusive, i.e. the same as the researcher monitors the behavior of the people instead of them asking for this.
According to the research, as published in the New Scientist, the researchers analyzed to 3,200 recent tweets, while 434 of a total of 66.000 users of Twitter it’s been a traditional psychological test. Users scored the “Big Five” personality traits: extroversion, openness, transparency (how “open” is someone), consciousness and νευρωτισμός.
The conclusions developed based on the analysis of the results is the following:
People with high self-esteem tend to appear at the profile photos alone instead of with friends/ as a group members, and to express positive emotions in their images.
Those who had very high scores in the “transparency” prefer artistic character photos.
Neurotics tend to show generally the face.
In accordance with the Πρεότιουκ – Pietro, these are images that people consider representative of the online personality.
