According to the same sources, the perpetrator holds up to 5 hostages in a cafeteria in the city of Ende, eastern Holland and police have moved on to evacuate 150 residences in the area. Other foreign media reports that at the point a negotiator has rushed to release the emergency. The center of the city of Ende, where strong police forces have developed, has been ruled out and traffic has been banned.
