The Pancretan Union of Longitudinal Track and field Athletes “Minos” organises the 8th Panhellenic Galla Casting-Roads-Jumps with… co-organised by the Region of Crete, the ΔΟΠΑΦΜΑΗ of the municipality of Heraklion, the athletics federation and the USA.YOU.DAS. The purpose of the race, according to the organizer, old and young, athletes, champions to compete and to renew their friendship but also their record. Big names in the casting world and Balkan level will compete as the Claus Μαγγανάς world champion in the ball and a heavy body, Maria ΠολομαÏκάκη in the hammer throw and the disc, the Poppy Γαβαλάκη to 5 mm. march, and Yiannis Saridakis balkan champion in the 10 kilometers.
The sporting event will start at the stage of Freedom (ΕΑΚΗ) Saturday 5 November 2016 with start time at 12 noon and a duration of up to 18:30.
