What Kasselakis discussed in the first visit – The request SYRIZA for debate and the vague position Kehaya

The holding of a debate at political leaders’ level before which all issues will be discussed calls for the main opposition party although as they point out its top executives do not have much hope for its realization. Yesterday Wednesday (21.03.20204) however, during the first visit by Stefanos Kasselakis discussed with the Director of his Political Office Manolis Kapnisakis and with former Chief of GGETHA and Member of State of SYRIZA Vangelis Apostolakis the issues of the European elections, the preparation of development conferences and military matters (increase in salaries of soldiers and officers, shelter, etc.). Meanwhile, actors of the main opposition party are talking about a professional distraction commenting on the attack the president of SYRIZA receives on his professional activity. As the main opposition leader’s associates point out, the government insists on a non-issue, only to get rid of a difficult situation, which has to do with the Tempes issue and the Anna Michel Asimakopoulou case and the leaked emails. Answers with cases by the spokesperson Impression however creates the response of the spokesperson of Syriza Voulas Kehaya, who appeared to respond in cases: “Mr. Kasselakis has stated that all shares in companies abroad have been transferred,” he initially said. However, I was asked to answer how many these companies are, Mrs. Kehaya said: “I don’t know how many these are, I don’t know the time frame in which the transfer was made”. “I suppose there was a company when she was elected president of SYRIZA,” replied Mrs. Kehaya when asked whether, when Stefanos Kasselakis was elected as new president of SYRIZA, she had companies. He referred, and for more, to the “wherece” of the President of Syriza, noting that “the law says that by the end of June there is the possibility of submitting “from the beginning””. “Obviously Mr. Kasselakis realized that the interpretation given may not allow him to have companies abroad. The D.A. will make that clear when he calls him. I make it clear that it no longer has shares in companies abroad,” said Syriza’s spokesperson. SYRIZA executives point out this fact and argue that the position of the representative should have more clarity and leave no gaps for misinterpretations. Meanwhile, the changes in the communication track in Syriza have also begun. The Parliament was appointed to be journalist Elena Papadopoulou with the central ones remaining in Koumoundourou.
