340 gr. spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic chopped
3/4 of a cup. cream
3/4 of a cup. chicken broth
1 cup of mix, 3 cheese (ideally gruyere, parmesan, pecorino)
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the box and keep 1 cup of the water.
2. Heat the oil on medium heat in a frying pan and Ï„ÏƒÎ¹Î³Î¬ÏÎ¹ÏƒÎµ the garlic for a minute, add the cream, broth and half of the water that you keep.
3. Added the cooked pasta and toss well.
4. Take off the pan from the fire and add immediately to the cheese, stirring to melt well and become more creamy the result. Take as much salt and pepper you want and ÏƒÎÏÎ²ÏÎ¹ÏÎµ with a little parsley.
