An increase occurred in real estate for and rent in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the corresponding quarter of 2022, according to Spitogatos.gr. Small was the average growth price for houses for sale reaching 1.7%, while the corresponding price for houses for rent reached 1.1%. During October-November-December 2023, the average price for houses for sale was higher in the southern suburbs of Athens, with 3,636 euros per square meter and lower in Kastoria with 588 euros per square meter. The following tables show the average bid price (EUR/tonne) in the homes for the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the previous year. The largest sales growth in this quarter compared to the previous year was recorded in Eurytania with +34.00%, while the largest decline in Kastoria with -15.40%. As for rentals, the lowest price is recorded in Kilkis with 3.33 euros/sqm and the highest price in Halkidiki with 30.00 euros/sqm.
