A 50-year-old is released for a case of vengeful pornography ( ). The secondary court in reducing the first sentence of 6 years in prison to 4 years and two months in prison and further turned it into redeemable. Outside the prison leads a judgment of the 50-year-old Fifth Chamber of Appeals, who was convicted of a case revenge porn. The secondary court recognised him as an extensive prior legal life, resulting in the first sentence of 6 years in prison being reduced to 4 years in prison (and two months in prison) and becoming redeemable (to EUR 5 per day). His victim, according to the file, was a woman with whom he maintained an extramarital relationship. When the defendant found that the woman still maintains contact with her (formerly) husband, she sent through social media material from their personal moments to her minor children. This material allegedly also ended up with children’s friends, while later “he ascended” to a pornographic content website. The case unfolded in 2016 in a region of Central Macedonia, with the accused being brought to trial for violating personal data to a degree of felony and blackmail, for asking the sufferer to allow him a sum of 200 euros. In his apology he attributed his energy to drunkenness, stressing that he was “in love” with the woman, while saying he felt offended by words spoken against him by the ex-husband. He was found guilty of both acts, as did the primary court last April, when after his conviction he was taken to prison.
