Tembi: Free with a guarantee of 700,000 more an defendant who apologized to the European interrogator for contract 717

Free with the payment of a guarantee of 700,000 euros was left after his apology today to the Greek European interrogator, Christina Salappa, another one on the case of the 717, a key issue that strongly concerns investigations into the Tembe railway accident that cost 57 people life. It is the third defendant in order to apologize to the European interrogator for contract 717 which comes from the ERGOSE side. The defendant was still subject to a restraining clause, that of the ban on leaving the country. Over the past few days, the first two defendants have apologised for the case and after their apologies, guarantees of 500,000 euros were imposed on one and 600,000 on the other and furthermore the term of the ban on leaving the country. The defendants’ apologies continue over the next few days, while the latter are reportedly expected – unless unexpectedly – to pass through the interrogation desk door at the end of April.
