One of the fire trucks of the Lamia headed to the fire that was in progress in the area of Stylida went off the road.
The accident happened on the old road to Stylida – Karavomylos, near the camp “ΑνδÏόπουλου”.
From unknown reason, the driver of the Fire truck lost control and the vehicle, carrying three firefighters, turned out.
Fortunately there was no serious injury. The three firefighters were taken to the K.Y Stylida and from there to the hospital of Lamia, with minor injuries.
In terms of the front of the fire, their colleagues managed to bring it under full control.
The flames, however, managed to burn about 7 acres of olive and a piece of woodland with oaks.
