See what offers exposure to the morning sun

The timing, the intensity and duration of our exposure to the sun in the day associated with the weight of our support, the researchers…
This supports research conducted by the Medical School of the Northwestern University Feinberg on The.E.A. and published in the scientific journal “Plos One”.
In particular, as noted by the scientists, the people who are exposed to sunlight in the morning (from 8 am.m. to 12 m.m.) present a significantly lower Body Mass Index (D.M.P.) compared with individuals exposed in the light of the sun later in the day.
The study reveals that exposure to sunlight can affect sleep and the circadian rhythm (internal biological “clock” of the body), factors that determine to a significant extent the weight of a person, since they regulate the levels of metabolism, hunger and energy.
The experiment studied the relationship between the natural light, the bed and the D.M.P. in 54 participants.
During the 7 days that lasted the research the scientists were able to show that just 20-30 of exposure to natural light is able to affect our weight, regardless of the schedule (when are we going to sleep in the day) and the duration of sleep.
Still, it showed that even 20-30′ exposure to the morning sunlight is enough to reduce the D.M.P.
In addition, the research showed that those exposed to the sun have a lower D.M.P. regardless of their diet.
And it’s not just the weight that is affected by our exposure to the sun. According to another study from the famous Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, the avoidance of sun exposure is so damaging to the body as smoking.
In addition, this study, published in the medical publication “Journal of Internal Medicine” showed that all the lovers of sunbathing are at significantly lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease and other diseases not related to cancer.
