From Address computer Crime Prosecution has been arrested 24-year-old, for inappropriate material to minors via the internet

From the Address of Electronic Crime of the Greek Police arrested 24-year-old national, at the expense of which was formed of a case αυτόφωρης procedure for pornography of minors via the internet.
For the investigation of the case was preceded by a proper use of data the agency NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children), based on The.E.A. in accordance with that detected electronic sign user, held or/and διαμοίραζε, via the internet, material of pornography of minors.
These data were put into consideration of the Prosecutor’s office court of first instance of Athens, which issued a stay of the lifting of the confidentiality of communications.
The direct digital – web police investigation that followed, it emerged that the controversial electronic traces correspond to the residence of 24-year-old in the Argolid.
In a survey done the other day (02-03-2017), with the assistance of officers of the local Security Department, the residence of 24-year-old, was found and confiscated an external hard drive, which has been identified a multitude of file material of pornography of minors.
The 24-year-old, with the file that was formed against him, led to the competent Prosecutor’s office court of first instance.
