NSRF: On 27 March the deadline for applications to assist small and medium-sized enterprises expires.

‘ The curtain falls” for applications to join its action , entitled “Enhancing the Establishment and Operation of Youth” and “Enhancing the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises”. The deadline for the specific NSRF action under the Competitiveness programme aimed at supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises expires on Wednesday (27.3.2024) at 15:00, after a few days’ extension given last week. It is recalled that the initial date was 22.3.2024, but the programme decided to grant a small extension due to the very large participation of young people and under the establishment of enterprises, as until Friday 22.3 when the initial deadline expired, more than 7,600 SME applications had finally been submitted. It is noted that the programmes “Enhancing the establishment and operation of new small and medium-sized enterprises” with a budget of EUR 190 million and “Enhancing the establishment and operation of new small and medium-sized enterprises” with a budget of EUR 160 million, subsidize up to 50% investment projects up to 400,000 from established and newly established small and medium-sized enterprises. However, in addition to the specific actions that are “closed”, the programming of the Ministry of Finance for the whole year provides for calls for NSRF programmes to reach up to EUR 4 billion for 2024.
