Miltos Tentoglou: From Smyrna to Diamond League, Doha with the aim of continuing Greek sovereignty in length

He has two top events ahead where he will be at the center as he will both claim the titles he holds! In order for this to happen, however, proper preparation is needed which began a week after the gold medal was won in the Glasgow World Championship. The gold medalist of the length, Miltos Tentoglou in a few days departs with the remaining team of George Pomaski’s coach for Smyrna. In Turkey they will remain for two weeks and then the race action will begin with the initial climax of the Rome European championship and then the Paris Olympics. First race station for the 26-year-old jumper of the length will be held in the Diamond League, Doha (10/5). In this meeting the length of the men had come out of the program in the last decade. Last time the length was in place was 2014 when Louis Chatumas was the winner by jumping to 8.06 meters. As it makes sense, Tentoglou will seek to continue the Greek rule of the Diamond League, Doha. The champion of the length has again competed in Qatar in the World Championship that had been hosted in 2019 where he was tenth in the final of the race. Seven days later (17/5) Miltos Tentoglou will travel to Cyprus where he will compete at the Limassol meeting. The Greek champion had also taken part last year in this particular race where a crowd had been in Chireo Stadium to see him in person. In the World champion’s plans ahead of the Rome European championship (7-12/6) another match may be added, the one in Desau (24/5), Germany.
