The dictator of North Korea warned the country’s citizens that you need to be ready in case of great poverty and hunger.
The journal of government “Rodong Sinmun” reported that the country should be ready for another “arduous march”, a term which was used for the famine that hit the country in the 1990s. From 1994 to 1998, it is estimated that lost their lives, 3.5 million people.
