iPhone 7 with a new capacity to 256GB you?

To MyDrivers, a Chinese site recently leaked a rumor that the…
Apple in the upcoming iPhone will include a model to 256 GB, and that this will be the exclusivity of the iPhone 7 Plus.
Today the Italian HDblog has presented a picture of a 256GB NAND flash memory, which comes from the American company SanDisk and you could use the Apple in an iPhone model.
Apple uses NAND flash memory for all iOS devices from different suppliers such as SanDisk, Samsung, SK Hynix and Toshiba.
The new 256GB NAND flash chip SanDisk is actually quite smaller in size from the equivalent of the 64GB.
This is yet another element that might indicate that Apple may use it since the rumors want the new iPhones to be 1mm thinner.
So maybe the Apple to present an iPhone 7 with capacities 16/64/128/256GB or can completely remove the option of 16 GB and so we have the basic model starts at 64 GB.
