How are you going to do your meat incredibly soft

Sometimes when you cook beef or sometimes pork meat, it becomes very hard to enjoy it…
What you can do is to put the meat for a whole night in a soda with carbonate or alternatively through soda. Basically marinade it in that.
The meat will be so super soft!
