Gaza Strip: Netanyahu blames Hamas for not agreeing to a truce

Benjamin Netanyahu’s Prime Minister accused today of “slaving” her stance in negotiations on a possible truce in the Gaza Strip. “While Israel showed flexibility in its positions during the negotiations, Hamas hardened them,” Netanyahu said at a press conference. Earlier, Hamas stressed that it has not yet made a decision on whether to send a delegation to Doha or Cairo for negotiations. A Palestinian movement official said the positions between Hamas and Israel still have a “great deviation” to hope for “progress” in the truce negotiations. Regarding his state of health Netanyahu said he expects a full and rapid recovery from the surgery he was to undergo today. The Prime Minister of Israel will be undergoing hernia surgery, which his doctors have located today, said a statement from his office.
