Finally the weights to inflate or slimmer?

One of the most misunderstood types of fitness equipment is the gym with weights, since many mistakenly believe that the weights to inflate and we’re not allowed to lose weight…
And yet a survey published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, showed that women who lifted more pounds in eight reps burned nearly twice as many calories than women who did 15 reps, but with lighter weights.
So according to trainer Barry Jay, and co-founder of the famous gym Barry’s Bootcamp in Los Angeles, if you want to lose more fat in the hands and build muscles, start with 4 sets of 10 repetitions. The secret to effective fat loss is the weights.
After the first 10 reps, try other 10. If you feel that you’re tired, it reduced a little the pounds. Then rest for a minute and continued with two more sets, gradually decreasing the pounds. Try two or three times a week and you’ll see faster results than with the regular.
