Diabetes: Eating these salads keep it under control

These salads are delicious and simple to make and help you to… keep your Diabetes under control. Whether you have been diagnosed or you just want to balance the prices of sugar in your blood, you can embed it in your diet.
Salad with spinach and garlic vinaigrette
To make this salad you will need the following ingredients:
6 cups of spinach leaves
2 cloves of garlic grated
½ Tsp.I mustard Dijon
1 tbsp. white vinegar
½ Tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. sea salt
¼ Cup sliced red onion
1 ½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Hold the cut onion and the spinach, and place all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Beat them well with a wire and then add the onion and spinach. Stir and it’s ready.
Salad with endive and cucumber
To fix it you will need the following materials:
200 gr. cucumbers
Olive oil
90 g of endive
10 g of black olives
Vinegar
Sea salt
Preparation
Wash and clean the endive. Then, wash, peel and cut into slices the cucumbers. Add the olive oil, the vinegar and the salt of your choice.
Salad with cucumber
For this highly effective salad you need the following materials:
1 large cucumber
1 tsp. stevia
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
¼ Cup vinegar
¼ Tsp. sea salt
Preparation
Wash the cucumbers and peel them, leaving on them a few green stripes. Then cut them in half and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut them into as thin slices. Place them between two sheets of roll towels and squeeze gently to remove the moisture. Mix the vinegar, salt and stevia together and then add the cucumbers and sesame seeds.
