Cyprus : Opened for all ages the Vaccination Gate

The Vaccination Portal for all ages has been opened today and will remain open until all available appointments are exhausted

The Vaccination Portal for all ages has been opened today and will remain open until all available appointments are exhausted, which will be made available for vaccination, in Vaccination Centres operating in Cyprus.

As stated the Press Officer of the Ministry of Health, Margarita Kyriakou, the Portal opened today for all persons aged 18 years and over, noting that it will remain open until the appointments are exhausted.

The Ministry of Health urges all citizens to contribute to the huge project, which is under way, to vaccinate as many of the population as possible, thus shielding the whole of society.
It reiterates that excessive complacency is currently our greatest enemy in the battle we continue to fight against the virus and can bring a reversal in the epidemiological picture and delay in a safe return to normality.

Meanwhile, in Cyprus until 12 June, 59.3% of the population that can be vaccinated received the 1st dose. In addition, 40% have completed their vaccination regimen either after administration of the Johnson&Johnson monodosive vaccine or by taking both doses of AstraZeneca, Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines.
