Candle: What it symbolizes and why we light it?

The candle that we light has six symbols:
1. It symbolizes the purity of our soul, because it is made of pure beeswax…
2. Also the plasticity of our soul, and easily on top of it we can engrave anything.
3. Even the Grace, because the wax comes from the flowers that smell.
4. In addition, it symbolizes the deification, in which we must reach, because the wax mixed with the fire and gives her food.
5. And the light of Christ also shows, as it burns and illuminates in the dark.
6. And, finally, symbolizes the love and peace that should characterize every christian, because the candle burns when it illuminates, and comforts the man with the light in the darkness.
Lighting a candle we have to remember that we must live in the light that we took with baptism.
That’s why the baptism of the call, and Φώτισμα. That’s why during the baptism, holding lit candles. The light that is the fire of Pentecost, the light of the Holy Spirit. And the light that is renewed within us in our souls every time we participate in the Divine liturgy and each time we receive communion and pray. That’s why at the end of every Divine liturgy we sing : “we beheld the light of the truth, we have received a Spirit of heavenly, we have found the true faith indivisible Trinity worshipping”.
The light of the Temple, however, we have to say, it saves better the symbolism and helps the soul to κατανυχθεί when it is natural, as in most of our monasteries, i.e. consisting of candles and κανδήλια burning and no artificial derived, i.e. by an electric current.
The k e r I n e as the l a I n e d I is an offering to God by these material goods that he gives us (the Shah of Sean) and symbolize some candles, the supple and soft to the soul and the unifying power of the holy Spirit because the candles are manufactured, so at least you should, from the pure wax that is making the bee, which is to prepare the wax, collecting pollen from various flowers.
For the reason that the candle reminds us of the industriousness of the bee and the fact that it picks up whatever is good and reject what filthy. It is also reminiscent of the candle the way in which the Fire, the Deity i.e., connected to the pliable soul, and softens and brighten and the same and all those who come into communion with her.
The candle, as it burns, illuminates the environment. So the conscious christian, when sacrificed for the love of God, illuminate the human beings and shows them the way of salvation.
When the believer enters the temple to light the candelabra for a candle for the living, and a candle for the τεθνεώτες relatives and acquaintances. If, however, some of the living have particular problems, then it is advisable to light the candle for anyone individually. The lighting of the candle should always be accompanied with words of prayer. For the living it will ask for the mercy and protection of God, while for the τεθνεώτες the divine mercy and eternal salvation.

The tríkeri of the bishop symbolizes the Holy Trinity, while the δικέρι the two natures of Christ. The candles or the candles that we light in Baptism symbolize the spiritual light that takes the neophyte.
The candles of the funeral, the grave and the obituary symbolize the light of Christ, in which we wish to enter the deceased. The Chandelier symbolizes the θριαμβεύουσα Church of Heaven.
