Attiki Street: The Vinci and Mytilineos action against TAPED was dismissed.

It was rejected by the Council of State (GEK TEA) that the French company’s joint venture with Mytilineos against TAIPED for its concession tender, where it has tendered . It is recalled that the GEK TERNA Group was declared a preferred Investor by the Board of Directors of TAIPEDE (EUR 3,27 billion) to award a service concession contract for the financing, operation, maintenance and exploitation of the Attic Road for a period of 25 years. The second highest bid was suspended by the consortium of the French group with Mytilineos which also appealed to the SSR. The existing concession contract for the country’s most profitable road route expires at the beginning of October 2024.
