ADE: Mass e-mails to businesses that have not been interconnected

The information e-mail reminded companies, which have not made their connection with cash machines, that the deadline is extended until the end of April. In particular, the professionals and entrepreneurs were informed about the interconnection of POS, based on the data obtained by the AADE through the “Middle Payments” and “PHM” Registers. The letter recalls that this deadline is extended: until 30 April 2024, if the debtor: – He has a scheduled appointment with an installation technician within April. – He has stated on the POS Register, by 15.3.2024, that he is going to replace the cash system with some of the new All-in-One solutions available, which do not require any additional interconnection actions. until 31 May 2024 if the company uses a software system (ERP) (A.1155/2023) until the first day of the operation of the company, if it is closed throughout the period of the above timetable due to seasonality. It is recalled that , in the event of a non-interconnection of POS with the cash machine within the binding time limits , the debtors shall face a fine of EUR 10,000 if the undertaking is obliged to comply with a simplified accounting system or EUR 20,000 , if it is obliged to maintain a double accounting system (Article 54th §1 CFI).
