The recipe of the Day: Penne with chicken and cream cheese

Penne with chicken and cream cheese…
Ingredients
1 package penne or other short pasta
1 chicken breast
200gr. cream cheese
½ – 1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 hot pepper, chili or cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. cheese, grated/serving
2 tbsp. butter fresh
1 tsp. nutmeg
salt
freshly ground pepper
Process recipe
Boil the chicken breast and then cut it into thin slices.
Boil the penne.
In a deep frying pan saute slightly in butter, peppers and spices.
Add the chicken, cream cheese and a little water from the pasta.
Then, add the penne and extra water if needed.
Remove from the heat and serve with cheese and additional pepper if desired.
