Minister,
In your speech in Parliament during the debate of political leaders for the Insurance on 26/1/2016, you mentioned that the movable and immovable property of the Insurance agency of the Armed forces amounts to about 35-36 billion.
As a result,
Asked:
1. The fortune of 35 billion of Funds (mean of Equity) that you claim to possess is accounting captured as Capital on the Liabilities side of balance sheet?
2. Is the property registered in the Registers of Fixed assets, in accordance with the intended method of accounting from the accounting standards? Exist in the record of the Funds all of the necessary technical documents that accompany each property (title, acquisition, survey, design, etc)?
3. The new insurance bill that will bring will affect you?
a. The conditions for retirement of personnel of the Armed Forces?
b. The amount of benefits for those already retired retired officers, but also of new pensioners (by 1/1/16)
c. The amount of the lump sum granted to the executives from the Special Accounts of the Equity Funds.
We would like your answer especially the part concerning the real estate of the Equity Funds shall be accompanied by copies of Registers of Fixed assets and their balance Sheets, so as to demonstrate the value of 35 billion euros us mention that in the House.
