What is the most dangerous country for journalists?

At least 40 journalists have been killed since the beginning of the year…
while were doing their duty in 18 countries, most in military conflicts or terrorist violence, has announced today in its report, the non-government organisation Press Emblem Campaign (PEC).
In the report, the PEC has introduced an indicator for rating countries with regard to the safety of journalists.
In accordance with the organization based in Geneva, the most deadly country for the media representatives this year were Afghanistan, with eight journalists dead. Following Mexico and Yemen, where in each country it is believed that killed five journalists this year.
Iraq, Turkey, Syria and Pakistan are also countries that are considered dangerous for journalists, according to the report.
Last year, 135 journalists were killed around the world, in accordance with the PEC.
