White rice
Classic size: 2 cups, cooked

If you order from chinese food, the steamed rice that you get will contain 400 to 500 (mostly) empty calories. This may increase the risk of developing type II diabetes. According to researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health, people who ate five or more servings of white rice per week were 17% more likely to develop diabetes compared with those who ate rice.
