What I don’T NEED to eat before you go to sea?

The ice cream, the cheese and the coffee with milk which I guess you love to enjoy in the morning are considered don’ts before the beach. Even if you’re not lactose intolerant, dairy products are famous for the bloating and gases that cause the abdomen.
