We store the bread accordingly… construction

The bread’s been sitting around in a very short period of time. The lifespan depends on the type of bread that we buy…
The packaged sandwich bread found in supermarkets has a specific expiration date, printed on the package. Every time we consume a quantity, seal it up, the packaging and put it in the fridge, to keep it in good condition.
The typical loaf of bread that we buy from the oven is kept at most 1 – 2 days out of the refrigerator, a little longer if you put it in the fridge. To keep it a little more fresh, wrap them in a cotton towel, that allows it to breathe, in order to maintain moisture, while at the same time protects it from excessive exposure to the air, which will dry out. I can maintain most of the time, because it’s brewed to be consumed immediately. In the freezer the bread is maintained quite a while, so we can freeze the amount of we want the day of purchase.
If we want bread life, we choose other types, from construction to “keep” more, as with leaven. We consult with our baker for the composition of the product and the keeping quality.
