However, after Halloween the weather will be ideal – as everything shows – for flying the kite with the wind blowing from 4 to 6 Beaufort. According to the weather forecast by George Tsatrafyllia “the instability of the three-day Halloween does not seem to be an obstacle to carnival events in 5 major cities however on Sunday the carnivalists will cool down a little more!”. He notes in a Facebook post that the excursions exit will be done without any problems on both land and sea, while “the temperature in the three days will be close to normal levels for the season (16-18 points at noon)”. “On the clear Monday there will be a heavenly wind to fly the kite (northwest 4-6 Beaufort)” he concludes.
