For the chocolate sauce
250gr. Dark chocolate , finely chopped
250ml cream
1 tsp. sweet honey

red fruit of your choice
Process
First prepare the sauce for the chocolate: Pour the chopped Chocolate in a bowl and put the cream in saucepan to a boil. The drop like is hot over the Chocolate and stir with a wire to melt and to homogenize. Finally, you incorporate the honey and the whiskey. Leave aside to become lukewarm.
Prepare the Crepes according to the instructions on the packaging and add the sifted Cocoa and let the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Grease lightly a big pan and put to warm in the fire. Having like a tape measure, a cup of coffee, pour a half cup of Mixture for Crepes every time in the hot pan, creating 5-6 small discs, depending on the vessel. After you have cooked the pancakes on one side, turn with a spatula to cook on the other. Continue until you cook all of the crepes from both sides and keep in a platter.
When you want to serve you set up the towers as follows: in a plate place small amount of sauce and chocolate in the top of the tap on the first κρεπούλα. Spread a little chocolate sauce, cover with a second crepe and continue until you make a tower with 5 or 6 crepes in total. Finish with chocolate sauce and red fruits of your choice. Serve immediately!
