It is a fact that for somebody sleeping on the plane, it takes effort..
. How can you be relaxed and comfortable when you’re at such a high altitude, so as to allow yourself to fall asleep without you realizing it?
1. Schedule your time earlier
You don’t need to think about last time how will you organize your time on the trip, but also during your return to your base. It’s good to have out the program of the excursion a few days before the date of departure, so that you’re relaxed and/or during the trip.
