The Breanna Bond was one of the millions of obese children in America. In 9 of weighed almost 90 pounds and was a victim of bullying. They called her “fat” and other nasty names in the courtyard.
When Breanna started to have difficulties breathing, her mother decided to take matters into their own hands. She put her daughter on a strict fitness program in which participated the whole family.
Aside from daily walking, Breanna also makes a treadmill for an hour and a half every day. Broke even on the swim team at school.
Of course, within a few months began to lose weight. It has now lost almost 30 pounds and is ready to show her new, healthy self!
The Breanna appeared with her parents on ABC News and talked about the journey of a healthy life style, while sending a message to parents who are facing issues of obesity in their family.
