Thessaloniki: Proceedings against 13 persons for theft in pharmacy

Revelations about thefts in , with the total value of stolen goods exceeding 7,400 euros… The analysis of 15 thefts, done and attempted, reported from the beginning of the year in pharmacies and in various areas of the Thessaloniki urban complex, EL.A. announced. As it became known, five separate documents were formed from various security departments of the city at a total of 13 persons, with the total value of the stolen goods exceeding 7,400 euros. The first case-file concerns 44 years old for attempted theft and theft by a pharmacy in the region of Eucardia, in January, with its prey including 600 euros. He was arrested yesterday at noon for stealing from a commercial store in Pylaia, while the further investigation revealed that on the same day he made two more thefts from shopping shops in the city centre. As far as the second case-file is concerned, it is directed against two women aged 50 and 39, who, in January, removed products from a Kalamaria pharmacy with a total value of EUR 1,667. Products worth over 900 euros are accused of removing a 32-year-old who is included in the third file. By the method of employment, he “beated” in February a pharmacy in Kalamaria, while together with an accomplice (32 years old) he grabbed with the same method products from a pharmacy in the area of Ascension. Three women (days, 33, 40 and 25 years old) who, using the employment method, removed products worth 80 euros from a pharmacy in Euosmos from February, turn the fourth case. Most thefts and with the highest value of stolen goods – over 4,000 euros, it seems that five women (days, aged 15 to 47) included in the last case-file have been executed. The same, with different composition each time and using the employment method, are accused of removing products from a total of nine pharmacies (of which one in an attempt) in the areas of Kalamaria, N. Radestos and Harilaos. The above documents will be submitted to the Chief Prosecutor of Thessaloniki.
