Thessaloniki: In the 55-year-old jail who abused his niece and filmed his actions

She was taken to prison by a 55-year-old in whom he was sentenced to 8 years in prison for the expense of his 16-year-old niece. The Mixed Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki found him guilty of having a childless child and producing and possessing child pornography material, while recognising the extensification of the earlier legal life. Primary court had been sentenced to a total imprisonment of 10 years, but had been released in the face of the secondary trial. According to the indictment, the contested acts were performed in February 2018 in a city in Central Macedonia, while the 16-year-old (then) was sleeping in a bunk bed, while the 12-year-old daughter of the defendant was also in the same room. The case-file refers to three videos taken by the 55-year-old (now) convicted. The minor addressed directly with a complaint to the “Smile of the Child” and followed by a police investigation. The 55-year-old in his apology denied the actions.
