These are the required documents for the records of the municipal kindergartens

The supporting documents required are:
1. Request of a parent. (A completed form of the service)
2. Birth certificate
3. A doctor’s certificate for the good health of the child and results φυματιοαντίδρασης.(form of service)
4. A letter from an employer that both parents are employees:
a.For workers in the private sector, require a recent certificate of employment from the employer, and a copy of computerised stamps of the first quarter of the current year or a certificate of an insurance carrier or a copy of the notice of recruitment or a copy of a contract with the employer.
b. For unemployed parents are required: Copy of unemployment into force, which has, however, issued before the date of commencement of submission of applications for registration, except in the case of the recently απολυθέντος employee which shall be furnished a copy of the termination of the employment contract.
c. 8. In the case of τριτέκνων or multi-child families and one-parent family payment you will need and a Certificate of family status.
