The student and the water – Courses of life for us and our children

Once on a school trip, the teacher sat with the students under a tree. At some point the teacher became thirsty and…
he asked a student to go to the nearby creek and get some water.
Reaching the student with the empty bottle, he found that the creek was some of the women and wash their clothes, and the water was dirty from soap and dirt. So the student returned to the teacher and explained what had happened.
After some time, the teacher again asked the same disciple to go fill up the empty bottle. This time, the water was clean and the mud had settled. The student all joy filled the bottle and went to the teacher.
The teacher looked at the bottle with clean water and turning to the disciple he said, “did you See how clean the water? So is the thought. When it is very mixed up and confused don’t push her. To give her some time and she will find a way to clean itself”.There are few times that we feel like our head will break and thoughts turn ανεξέλικτα in every direction. It is then that the pressure on hoping that the solution will come faster. The brain, unlike other tissues in the body doesn’t respond well to pressure or oppression.
What you’re trying to push bigger, and what you’re trying to suppress it grow. It’s something like the water faucet, when you try to shut off the flow with your finger, soon you realize that the water has been increase the voltage.
The modern age, and education, has taught us how to fill the mind but no one has dealt with how we handle efficiently the body. It certainly performs better when it is relaxed or when you learn to relax.
