blood donation of the municipality of Neapolis Sykies celebrated yesterday, at a special event, the new record, which was shot down (this year this great “family” arrived for them to 2377 volunteers!).
Yes, for some, after the offer came, and the rewards, whether symbolic, lucky blood donors (who emerged at the draw, which happened on the last day of the campaign donation) received the symbolic gifts that offer sports clubs, businessmen and professionals, to enhance in their own way, this effort of the municipality for years, in the field of voluntary social service.
The attendees were welcomed on behalf of the mayor Simos Δανιηλίδη, the deputy mayor of Social Policy Tasos ΤσακιÏίδης, who thanked all those who helped to gather the last blood drive in November approximately 800 units of blood, which caused cheers and applause. Present at the event, deputy mayors, municipal and local councillors, which they offered to the volunteers of the symbolic gifts.
The deputy mayor Tasos ΤσακιÏίδης made particular reference to the decisive contribution of the staff of the competent services, which has already started to work for the next scheduled blood drive which will be late February-early March 2017 and the head of the Office Maro ΒασσάÏα.
Mr. ΤσακιÏίδης awarded and praise in the clubs of the city, or offered articles to attract even more donors, either mobilised their members to come forward and donate blood.
The appointment is renewed for the next campaign volunteer in late February-early March 2017.
