Seven years later, the public prosecutor’s office of Paris refers to a trial of seven executives of the company in the category that have implemented a policy of destabilisation of workers, with a view to accelerate their departure from the company.
According to the French newspaper “Le Figaro”, the Prosecutor’s office of Paris, charged the defendants with repetitive actions created a stressful business climate with a view to destabilize morally and psychologically for the workers.
Characterize the action as “moral harassment,” which resulted in the suicide of 35 employees.

The three are accused of “moral harassment”, while the other four executives are facing charges of complicity.
The practices that were adopted to discourage and to oblige employees to leave, according to a report in the French newspaper “Le Monde” is the transfer of women with children in positions that are within two hours from the house, the placement of executives in positions lower than those previously held, in the case of moving office to another address “forgetting” those who don’t like the previous building, which was empty, without a desk or chair.
The plan for the withdrawal of the workers was launched in 2006 and provided for about 22,000 departures and 14,000 movements in a total of 110.000 employees in the business, that is concerning one in three workers.
In fact, according to the indictment, the heads of the various departments were getting bonuses depending on the number of workers forced to leave the company.
