The secret agreement that allows Apple to avoid paying billions!

The american organization of AFT, campaigning for fair taxation, has today welcomed the decision of Brussels, which calls on the Apple…
back in Ireland the amount of 13 billion because it has benefited from the “tax advantages” granted to the company Dublin.
In a rare reaction support to Brussels by an american organization, the AFT (“Americans for Fair Taxes”), which has 425 local organizations, “welcomes the fact that the European Commission begins action against Ireland in the case of state aid”.
“The secret deal of Apple allows the company to avoid paying billions of dollars owed by the business all over the world, money which is borne by the taxpayers, both in the US and in many european countries,” he noted in a statement the director of organisation, Frank Clemente. He also recalled that since 2003 until 2014 the tax paid by the company was estimated with a coefficient of less than 1%.
“It’s really frustrating to see that the ministry of Finance (in the USA) criticises the European Commission because it seeks to recover amounts that correspond to the countries-members”, continues the AFT. “Rather than reject” the energy of Brussels, the ministry “would have to assert with vigor their own claims against Apple for the massive transfer of profits abroad”, stresses the organization. According to the calculations of the AFT, the company has overseas earnings of eur 230 billion dollars.
The company has already announced that it will appeal the decision of the Committee and the ceo, Tim Cook, said in a letter that Apple has “never asked for, nor been granted any special agreement”.
