Roman Abramovich had a plan which had been implemented…
real estate in London. He had bought three different – adjacent but buildings and gave money to build a large villa.
But it didn’t and in New York, where “he ate a door” from the Mayor who said no to that. This plan would cost $ 78 million and it seems that the Russian businessman took a lesson that he can’t buy everything with his money.
