The recipe of the Day: Ravioli with goat cheese and herbs

Ingredients…
for the ravioli
300g. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. water
for the filling
250gr. unsalted cheese
1-2 tbsp. strained yogurt
2 tbsp. finely chopped thyme and sage (or herbs of your choice)
zest from 1 lemon
a pinch of salt
for the sauce
1 cup. fresh herbs are cut by hand (thyme, rosemary, sage, spearmint, basil)
50gr. butter and other 1 tbsp. for the end
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
pepper
