Omelette with mushrooms and herbs…
Ingredients
3 eggs
4 white mushrooms
2 spring onions
½ Bell pepper, yellow, finely chopped
a little dill
a little parsley
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
â…“ Tsp. nutmeg
salt
pepper
Process recipe
On high heat, pour in the pan the olive oil. Sauté the green onion, the pepper and the mushrooms and just wilt slightly, add the dill and the parsley.
In a bowl, break the eggs, season with salt and pepper, καρυκεύουμε with nutmeg and beat. Pour the eggs into the pan and stir the first 30″. Stir in the center and “break” the omelet.
Once the omelet gets a pale golden color beneath, the back and allow 1 minute to cook the other side.
Remove from the heat and serve.
