2 large slices of stale bread, μουλιασμένες in water and wine, and strained

½ Cup. spearmint fresh or 1 tbsp. spearmint dry
½ Cup. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil

lemon juice
1 even tbsp. salt
1 even tsp. pepper
