The reason you may feel bloated when eating bread

If a food causes you to swell, it is important to understand that it is not naturally the food. Specifically: -if the bloating occurs within 1 hour of eating, then the problem is probably in the small intestine -if the swell is gradually increasing during the day, the problem is probably in the thick intestine The main reason for the bloating that occurs after eating bread or wheat, may be one of these imbalances. As it is bacterial imbalance, we usually notice an increase in bacteria that love digesting wheat, especially fructanes. If we have too many of the bacteria they like to consume wheat, then high levels of gas are produced during the fermentation process and we end up inflated. What are the alternatives to bread? If your only option is to completely remove the bread from your diet, there are other alternatives: Try wheatless bread, like rice or quinoa. Instead of making a wheat flour pie, try beating 2 eggs and making an omelette. This can be used as a replacement for wrappers. – Another option is to cut a sweet potato into slices 1 cm long that look like a piece of bread.
