The outlaw κουλουρτζής of Chania and the fine of analgesia

Exhausting the fine is asked to pay an illegal street vendor in…
Agia Marina beach in Chania
Every summer, especially on crowded beaches and Chania, repeated the same scene with the street vendors that sell food until…trinkets.
Every summer the police authorities (and the Media) are overwhelmed by the complaints of shopkeepers and citizens for the παραεμπόριο and the non-existent sanitary conditions under which the food is sold from the street – that almost everyone – I don’t have the required permission.
With these data, the power of the police to record an offence in Hanioti peddler, who was caught selling donuts on the beach of Agia Marina, without permission and without having health booklet for this job, it is not only lawful, but imperative.
And it may be unemployed, father children, but the Law which must be applied by police officers does not discriminate as to whether the illegal street vendor is unmarried, or married, or alien.
But this man in action that made the Decentralized Administration of Crete, mentioned the reasons that led him to this act and which are as follows:

With these data, although the acknowledgement of the breach is essential, but the fine is exhausting.
And the worst part is that the decision of the Administration indicate that the reasons relied on by “do not constitute grounds for cancellation or reduction of the fine…”

That is, in accordance with some of the Decentralized Administration of Crete, there is no reason for a reduction of the fine for a family of five with no income in the last four years.
And as if that wasn’t enough, since it preserves the fine to € 5,000, says to the unemployed family man that he can appeal to the Administrative Court of first instance of Chania, but first have to pay 1000 euro!!

A shame, because the application of the legality should not be leads to analgesia.
