military leadership of the Î¥ÎΑÎÎ , with regard to the consultation draft law “Reform of the system for supervision and control of the Greek port system and other provisions”.
The results of the meeting are considered positive due to the acceptance from the side of the Minister of the whole of our proposals.
In more detail, accepted, and included, in addition to the draft law the following:
⦠setting on 24μήνου for those who were transferred with the process of regular transfer of the year 2015 in Port Authorities 6, 8 and 9 ΠΕΔΙΛΣ.
⦠the setting of a retroactive promotion to the next grade 28 chief mates on origin OLP, who were Ï€ÏοακτÎοι not been promoted because of the reduction of organic posts.
⦠the setting of a retroactive promotion to the next grade 13 Lieutenants techniques, for the same reasons.
⦠the removal of adverse provisions of the law 4256/2014 with regard to the maximum residence time of the heads of Port Authorities.
⦠the repeal of the provisions with regard to the “fault” of the Service for the specific qualifications of Officers for promotion with the exception of the qualifications required for the placement of Shipping Following.
⦠the abolition of provisions of the law 4256/2014 with regard to the obligation to complete a minimum residence time (three years) with the redefinition of the conditions and simultaneous expansion of services.
⦠the removal of the provision of par. 3b of article 33 of the law 4256/2014 with regard to the promotion to the rank of Commodore, the Officers that come from the ΣΔΣΛΣ and the redefinition of time management in a year with a simultaneous expansion of services as determined by the e.d. 103.
⦠the provision of par.4 article 33 with regard to the Officers of the specialty, while recognising the need to modify for the better due to the complexity of the issue and the many changes that have happened in the past, will be considered positively in the immediate future, the modification of pi.d. on hierarchy and promotions.
⦠the setting for the establishment of a parallel yearbook for the strains of all origins that are not undergoing the final stage of development. In addition, given the ability of the strains not covered by the above provision, who completed 35 years, and remain in action, to apply to their stay in the Service in accordance with the applicable insurance provisions) shall apply from 01-01-2015 onwards.
⦠the recognition of diplomas (A, B, C class of the Merchant Navy for the 2005 and earlier graduates, TOO, and ΑΔΣΕÎ, in order to avoid the creation of graduates with a two-speed (e.(d.).
⦠after the accession of the Officers HCG through Exams at the OLP, will be determined with e.d. the equivalence of diplomas of the graduates ΣΔΣΛΣ of previous years.
⦠the setting for the determination of qualifications for promotion of 13 Officers out of organic posts.
On the occasion of the meeting, we proposed granting of advances from the ΤΑΛΣ to the beneficiaries, because of the involvement of administration of a single device.
We have also instead of the provision for recognition of military service as a time of promotion, recognition of study in productive schools Y/O and L/F for rising.
For the above new regulations, which were finally accepted in combination with those contained in the consultation draft of the law, and were proposals of ΠΕΑΛΣ, we moved our satisfaction to the Chief and to the Minister.
We hope all those positive for the staff and Agency settings to quickly become the law of the State, with the support, and we ask all the political parties.
We, for our part in a spirit of cooperation and collaboration, we will continue to work for the benefit of our members, for the benefit of all staff and the Agency we serve with faith, objective, and strategy.
