At the same time, is in constant contact with other consortia for the participation in other important proposals.
HORIZON 2020 is the largest programme for Research & Innovation.E. with a budget of 80 billion euro for the period 2014-2020, and potential financier of the hybrid power plant of the island.
The experience and connections acquired by the FTA, with the participation in programmes of HORIZON 2020, it is very important for the future of the project of the energy autonomy of the island.
It is recalled that in September will be submitted to the FTA an application for a licence for the production of a hybrid station for production of energy from RES and storage of the energy produced with the method of αντλησιοταμίευσης.
After the mandate of the General Assembly of the PCA, last March, for the start of the implementation of the project of the energy autonomy of the island, was entrusted with the preparation of the project in the company of studies and RES professor Dimitris ΚατσαπÏακάκη.
