The city of Nice received yesterday, the day of our national anniversary, a cowardly and unjustified terrorist attack, with victims, men, women and children of all ages.
The members of the Assembly of Orthodox Bishops of France, we strongly condemn this terrorist act, and we welcome the commitment of the French authorities for law enforcement and for the provision of support to the citizens of the country.
We pray for the wounded and we extend our deepest sympathy, brotherly love, and our solidarity with the families and relatives of the victims.
