Not even the highest fines (recently, the fine went to € 100) seem to prevent the world, when the time comes to make urgent the need.
“In six months I’ve been watching the situation and never seems to improve. It is full of urine and vomit,” says Michael Hilbert, in charge of the Temple.

As is always the case, where there are Temples there are people, there are events and public gatherings. Obviously, the public toilets are not enough, while the consumption of alcohol often causes side effects.
A representative of the Municipality acknowledged that the fines have not worked as a deterrent, but added that they have increased patrols.
“The problem is obviously there as long as there are people,” said with a lot of dose of realism.
